This sub/shower set is a great choice for a bathroom upgrade. The set looked really nice! I wish I could use it but it wasn’t compatible with what I had. If it was I would have kept it. If you’re building a shower it’s a great value!

Gorgeous product, beautifully packaged, looked amazing. This was just absolutely not what I thought it was. I was looking for a trim set. This is a legit plumbing, welding, get yourself a blow torch, do before a shower is installed plumbing set, call a plumber situation. Not for the faint of heart. If I was building a new house or doing a super intense bathroom remodel, this would have been perfect but I just needed to hide some old Delta trim so this was super overkill for what I needed. Nothing wrong with the product, just user error and not having a good understanding of how much work this would entail.

We had a plumber install this product. Cost about $550 for the installation and fittings. Problem was, when we turned it on it drips excessively from the bulb. Not where it is screwed in, but where the head attaches and rotates. It continues to drip for a few minutes after the shower has been turned off. The shower unit we had previously never did this. We would like to get a new shower head to replace it, but amazon only offers a return or replacement if we send the entire unit back. Needless to say we will not be paying to have a plumber come out and remove and reinstall new hardware. We would either like amazon to send us a new shower head or refund us the money for the product. I am unable to get ahold of anybody for this request so perhaps this review will make it's way to someone who can assist. Dissapointed with this experience and would never had purchased this prodcut if I had known better.

Dear Amazon: I recently purchased and installed a shower faucet set from Amazon and had the best experience with the entire process. Amazon is of course great with the selection, prices, and speed of delivery. However, this purchase did not stop there. The product was awesome. It was made with high quality materials and the appearance made my bathroom look brand new and updated. All after a very straight forward and uncomplicated installation. Overall the product is decent. Not as durable as I would have liked but it will work for now. The color is exactly as shown, installation was simple.
