A: Yes

**Q: What’s up with the mesh square cutout on the front of the vest**
A: I think it’s for range finder or small binocs and the mesh prevents them from fogging up from body heat but I could be wrong. I keep range finder in mine (fanatic jacket).

Nice layer to keep warm on a cold November morning. Has cross zipper so the hand warmers are together not separated, has inside storage pouch to put your call in and phone.
