Helps remineralize teeth and and inhibits the main bacteria that causes cavities
Pros: great ingredients for a toothpaste to help remineralization of teeth enamel and prevention of cavities, mild sweet taste without any strong flavors, and all ingredients are considered safe in food so if your kid doesn't spit well, you can still use it. Also, it was approved and used by a 3 year old and 2 yr oldCons: pricy for a small package, gets used really fast even when using a tiny amount per tooth brushing session. I would like the brand to introduce a larger volume toothpaste with volume discount to account for less packaging and shipping cost) which would be a better value for customers especially for multiple individuals all using the same toothpaste in a family.Details:I'm surprised the seller doesn't advertise the benefits of the other key ingredients. I read about the remineralization benefits of hydroxyapatite (which has calcium, phosphorus and oxygen, in similar mix as what is in your teeth) and I was planning to switch from this brand of toothpaste to another toothpaste but I was having a difficult time finding a hydroxyapatite toothpaste which didn’t have glycerin, foaming agents, tea tree (poisonous to injest even in small doses) and other chemicals I didn't like (closest I found was Ollie, which had a foaming agent which is supposed to be less irritating to mouth lining than sodium lauryl sulfate).I went back to figure out why I initially decided to buy this toothpaste and found out that one of the ingredients in the toothpaste include Calcium Glycerophosphate, which contains calcium and phosphorus (like hydroxyapatite but minus the oxygen), and therefore helps to remineralize teeth (one study mentioned 48% caries reduction using 2.5% Calcium Glycerophosphate toothpaste applied to primates vs 15% reduction in caries using flouride toothpaste which had less than optimal flouride amount of 450ppm F as sodium flouride). This looked similar to another study of hydroxyapatite toothpaste which mentioned caries inhitibition rate of 36% in boys and 56% in girls over 3 years (only 26% inhibition in one year). A separate study also mentioned that including Calcium Glycerophosphate in carbonated beverages prevented the reduction in surface microhardness of enamel and mineral loss of calcium and phosphorus (cabonated beverages apparently lead to higher incidence of dental erosion and caries due to its acidic content). Also grape seed extract also helps mineralization and a study indicated grape seed extract significantly increased the microhardness of root caries lesions when compared to a control group and created significantly thicker mineral precipitation band on the surface layer of the grape seed extract-treated lesions when compared to 1000ppm floride. In skin, xylitol has been reported to improve barrier function and suppress the growth of potential skin pathogens. Xylitol is best known for its dental benefits, such as reducing the risk for dental caries. This is thought to function through three mechanisms: xylitol replaces cariogenic sucrose, xylitol may stimulate salivation, and xylitol may have specific inhibitory effects on Streptococcus mutans—the main causative microbe of dental cariesHowever despite claims to be food safe, xylitol (like erythritol) had a study published in 2024 indicating eating xylitol could increase risk of blod clots and thus major adverse coronary event, so it is still recommended that you swish and spit (although kids have much lower probability of heart attacks than older adults)

Great-tasting and safe — still our go-to for the kids
Even though this is marketed as a baby toothpaste, we’ve continued using it for both of our kids as they’ve grown. They love the taste — it makes brushing easy without any complaints — and I like that it uses xylitol instead of harsh ingredients. The texture is gentle, there’s no fluoride to worry about swallowing, and the ingredient list gives peace of mind. We’ve tried other brands, but we keep coming back to this one because it checks all the boxes: safe, effective, and kid-approved.Highly recommended for toddlers and young kids alike.

A great option for fluoride free toothpaste for babies!
My baby (currently 10 months old) has 6 teeth and 2 more coming in. We started brushing every night after bath time and he literally thinks this stuff is candy. He loves it and it makes brushing no hassle. It is safe, effective, and clean. No fluoride which was important for us. It is a great starter toothpaste for babies and toddlers!

Perfect nontoxic option
I am always looking for clean swaps for my kids and this did not disappoint. I went with the original since my daughter is sensitive to taste. This is fluoride free, has no tastes, and keeps my kids teeth very clean. After a month of using this toothpaste we had a dentist visit and they were very impressed with the upkeep and cleanliness of her teeth. I also love the flavor options such as bubblegum and strawberry banana. Will be purchasing again!

I bought this toothpaste because I saw the clean ingredients and wanted to give it a try. My 1 year old loved it! She seemed to like the taste and I felt better with her swallowing it because I know its safe. Definitely recommend.

Must have for baby's gums and teeth
I've been using this since my baby was about 3-4 months old without teeth. It has xylitol in it so I still use it on his gums and teeth growing in since xylitol gets rid of bad bacteria and an acidic environment.
