I highly recommend Ames Research products. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by A***R on 13 October 2013* My FORMER roofer repaired my roof by installing new asphalt rolls on my flat roof. However, he failed to secure some of the seams between the rolls (now you know why he is my FORMER roofer). I purchased this seam tape to secure the asphalt seams myself and this tape really works well. Make sure you clean the seam area of dirt and debris and use a 2-4" rubber roller to apply the seam tape. I applied an additional layer of flashing cement (with mesh) over the seam tape as additional protection. You must remember that this is SEAM TAPE and that it will eventually succumb to the weather (rain, sleet, heat, and snow) unless you put some protective material over it (like flashing cement, or liquid rubber). I no longer have to worry about water getting underneath the asphalt seams any more.
