The Luvena Rinse should be used at room temperature only. Heating or warming the product will denature the anti-bacterial enzymes and will also increase the chances of burning or harming the user.

How is this different from the therapeutic wash

The wash is a gentle external formula for dry and sensitive skin. The rinse is pH balanced with natural enzymes and lactic acid and is used similar to a douche but without harsh chemicals, vinegar and boric acid. Both product like the entire Luvena line are paraben free.
