I had really bad nerve pain between my upper thigh and lower back. So I put three of these on at the worst pain points. The pain was almost gone within 12 hours and completely gone by the day after that. . Normally, if I don't have magnets the pain lasts a number of days, and I can barely move. I put them on, on July 30th and they are still on now, 12th August. I'll probably leave them on until they start peeling off. I put them on after cleaning the skin with an alcohol wipe and made sure the skin was dry before applying them. I have showered numerous times and they're still stuck fast. I'm really pleased that they can be re-used with a new bit of plaster. But I'll be sure to check which side has got to go to the plaster and which to the skin. I've got a permanent marker in case the red indicator line that's on them comes off. Fresh circulating blood brings fresh nutrients that help in the healing process. When time allows , go online and look up , "Magnetic Therapy" I have been using magnets for decades. Found this out by doing my own research. All of my doctors are trained to write prescriptions , which I'm not putting down. However there are other pain relieving options as well. The magnets are measured in ..."guass" the higher the gauss , the stronger the magnet. I use the following magnetic products , back support , knee support , shoulder, wrist , MagnetRX , anywhere there is pain. The magnet RX , magnets , are very good! Each one is , I believe, 3500 gauss. Please be careful with these , as I don't wear them on my arms, or hands , while cooking. The bandage can get wet , the magnet falls out , and can easily get lost in food , and they are so strong , they stick to the nearest metal object. Otherwise....these are great. Also for replacement bandages , I use a less expensive product , which unfortunately has a small gauze pad in the center of the bandage. I just stick the magnet , on a sticky area , and use it that way. Also wiping the area clean with an alcohol pad , helps the bandage stick better. However, supposedly, we have to look very closely for the tiny red marking on one side of magnet. That is the side that supposedly has to be put on the refill patch. If for some reason the red mark cannot be seen, then try to place the magnet on the patch, either way, one side should adhere more so than the other side. I do find bit of relief when I use them. Just annoying because they are so small and have to be put in many locations to remove when necessary. I've had some on for over a week with daily showers and not an edge lifted. I'm using them to manage RA inflammation in my hands and feet and can really see a difference in the week or so I've had them on. I've started placing multiple ones in the same swollen areas and in just 24 hours there's a visible reduction in swelling. And some of this swelling has been unmoved for many months.
