Listen I took 2 yesterday around 6pm I’m up at 11am still going. I’ve been going nonstop but these things really work. Only slight cramping for me but once you release it’s over. These are the truth!!

The packaging says you can take 3. After reading reviews I decided to take 2 before bed (10pm). 💩 really came in at 7am. It was easy and a lot. I thought wow this is amazing! I feel so much relief and went on with my day… until 8am.. intense stomach cramps rolled in thick. I’ve now been sitting on the toilet for over an hour and it keeps coming in waves. I can’t feel my legs or feet but I’m pretty sure I’ve lost 10 pounds. These babies are going straight in the garbage cuz I’m not doing this again😵💫😵💫😵💫

I’m gonna be honest, I ate like CRAP when I first started taking these and it was not fun. The cramps were unreal. But recently I’ve been cleaning up my diet and eating a lot more veggies and fruit and now the cramps are practically non existent and I can tell my body is flushing a ton of toxins and my colon is getting the cleansing it needs. So I only recommend if you’re willing to eat healthy for at least half of your day.
