My skin is all over the place when the seasons change and I always struggle to adjust my products throughout the year so my skin doesn’t take my lunch money. This stuff goes on silky feeling (no really, it doesn’t feel like a liquid or a cream, the gel is like a milky gel and it’s soft and smooth) and dries relatively quickly with no white cast! I have dryer combination skin, and this sunscreen is perfect for a transition from summer to winter. Usually my creamier spf options make me look so greasy during that time, but my skin has NEVER been happier during a seasonal shift (like seriously this stuff does beautifully in the summer to give you the right glow, and hydrates enough in the winter to keep you from looking dull). No this sunscreen paired with the cerave moisturizer is a beautiful duo and I will never be switching again!

I was using a sunscreen that cost twice as much as this one and wasn’t satisfied. I was looking for something more fluid, with no white cast, non-comedogenic, and that doesn’t pill. I have to say I don’t love it 100% because it smells too much like a body sunscreen — for facial products, I usually expect a more subtle scent or none at all. But I can get used to it. That said, it checks all the boxes I mentioned above. It’s still early, but so far, I haven’t had any breakouts, which was my main concern. Also, this sunscreen doesn’t pill, even when layered over moisturizer — and I’ve used it that way every time so far. One thing that might bother some people is that it leaves a glow on the skin. Since I usually wear makeup over it and apply powder, it doesn’t bother me, but on days when I don’t feel like wearing makeup, my skin can look a bit oily. In the picture, the glow isn’t very noticeable, but I can definitely see it in real life — especially on my face. Overall, for the price, it’s a good sunscreen. I’ll keep looking for an affordable option that fully meets my needs, but I’m already pretty happy with this one.
