I watched some videos on YouTube that talked about improving your sleep by taking 3g of glycine before you go to bed. Didn't want to take the capsules form, so decided to get the powder. I've tried many things to improve my sleep, from magnesium, CBD to melatonin with limited success. However, taking this stuff had a positive noticeable effect on how deep my sleep was and somewhat reduced the number of trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Also, when I did have to go to the bathroom, it was relatively easy to fall back asleep. It hasn't 100% improved my sleep, but I am sleeping better. This stuff is a little sweet and dissolves a little better in warm water. the package has a little scoop and i take three of them before going to bed. Quality product.

When you're having trouble sleeping 3g (3000mg) will put you down. It's considered a non-essential amino acid, yet it is key in many things. This is a better way for me as I went the the bottle of caps pretty quick. Mixed with a shot of water it's pleasant tasting as well.

The powder is a quality product that dissolves easily in water and has not clumped due to moisture. The resealable bag keeps the product dry. The result of its use is unknown as I have not seen any particular improvement in sleep quality, producing collagen that should be evident in skin condition. I’m not diabetic so I haven’t monitored blood sugar. Producing glutathione is unknown as the benefits are hard to measure. I’m taking it as directed, but I’m not certain what benefits I may be getting from using it

Comes with a tiny scoop, so the serving size is Itty bitty. It will last a long time! Has a nice, sweet taste. Grainger than fine sugar, but does well in Coffee (which I didn't realize when I ordered it). Very happy with this product and it's price point.

so far I like just got it, I don't use every night but when I do use in my clove water at bedtime I do see like I sleep deeper

Helped me with late night bathroom trips, make less frequent visits.
