Having it for almost a month now and I've got to say, it is the worst "smart" watch I've ever used for its asking price. Everything about this supposedly smart watch is pathetically bad. Let me explain.1) The absolutely bad software implementation and lack of polish on both the watch itself and the the app is very frustrating. Wording of Settings, actual implementation and UI is just unpolished. The app is littered with vague, difficult to understand and broken English. I still have not figured out what some settings are because of this. An example of bad implementation is whenever I need to adjust the height, it displays in 'x ft. x inches'. But, when we click on it, it switches to just inches. This is moistly with regards to the app, but since it is a part of the watch, I've included it.2) Contacts except for just 5 contacts, CANNOT be shown on the watch when receiving or when we try to make calls. Also, choosing the contacts itself is sometimes not possible because the bad app design cannot find contacts. If you want to dial someone from the watch, you'd need to input their numbers. Selecting contacts, except for the 5 for calling is not possible. Not worth it.3) The sensors included are SpO2 and HR monitor, both of which are confusingly accurate. The average readings keep changing every time, and there is about a 2% difference with an actual SpO2 monitor.4) The "Drink Water Reminder" feature has been broken for a week now as it does not remind at the set time anymore. A restart of the watch would fix it temporarily but the issue would arise after hours.5) I had to reset the watch twice now because of some issues like being unable to change the watch face, and the watch not able to send notifications.6) The touch is awkwardly unstable. Lifting the finger when rolling through the options almost always "clicks" the option. It is a pain to navigate through everything.7) There are two Bluetooth APs - BSW_phone(not exact name) and BSW016(not exact name). The "BSW_phone" always disconnects by itself, thus needing to reconnect to it periodically in order to receive calls in the watch. Going through this hassle is a complete game breaker.8) There is not even a basic 'Find device' function for the phone(to locate the phone, not the watch).9) The advertised blood pressure monitor which is even written vaguely on the manual itself is NOT present at all(of course it can't measure BP). This is false advertising and is a scam.Thing(s) I like about the "smart" watch -1) The actual build and strap which looks and feel quite good.That's the only likable thing about this product.If you want a cheap Bluetooth calling capable smartwatch on a budget, stay away from this "smart" watch. I feel like I have not bought my money's worth. The company has the audacity to place an MRP of Rs. 10,000 when it isn't even worth the discounted price of Rs. 3,999(price when I bought it).
