Great for Family Time - NICE QUALITY
This is a great family puzzle to do together - we love this line of puzzles - we get one every year for Christmas and get together after the holidays to put together, together! I have also sent these puzzles as gifts - all receivers have loved the design/animal I have chosen (especially the Sea Turtle♥)

Missing a Piece!
This puzzle was very difficult and once completed I realized that a piece was missing! 🤦♀️Instead I was given two "Duplicate"🧩🧩 pieces. There were 1,000 Pieces, but not the correct ones! I always glue my puzzles, so this is frustrating😩I contacted customer support and they have not replied. 😕This is the 11th MaddCapp shaped puzzle I have purchased and the first time I have had an issue. I'm hoping they can send me the missing piece?! (UPDATE)The company emailed me I sent a pic and they are sending me the missing piece🙆♀️

Beware of missing pieces
Got for Christmas and put it together. We were missing 3 pieces! So thought okay will get another because I really liked the size and wanted to glue the finished puzzle to hang on a wall. Well put that one together and you guessed it, it was missing pieces also. Each puzzle took almost 2 months to put together to be disappointed. What did they do at the factory? I will use both to make a complete puzzle but very upset that it took 2 puzzles to make 1 whole one. That is why only gave them one star
