What is the country of origin?

Jarrow Formulas, the distributor, is based in California, USA according to the bottle. The main ingredient Suntheanine, the propriety version of L-Theanine, is registered to Taiyo International. According to their website, Taiyo International is the North American subsidiary of Taiyo Kagaku Corporation which is based in Singapore. The website lists manufacturing facilities in Japan, China, and India. However, some of the text indicates that the page has not been updated since prior to 2004. No indication of which facility produces Suntheanine. So, no knowledge of manufacturing location without further research. Or which country’s manufacturing standards apply.

This cause anyone weight gain?

I did not notice weight gain as a side effect.

Are these capsules or gummies?

The bottle I received was clear rather than opaque, and they were gummies. This opaque bottle you're showing says 100 mg. , 60 caps, so I'm assuming what you're asking about is a bottle of capsules. The gummies are apple-flavored but no longer appear to be available on Amazon, at least at the moment. I believe they are still available from Swanson Vitamins online.

Are these gummie gluten free?

The label states it is gluten-free.
