Beautiful replica, fun to use.
This is a beautiful collector's item. Very good quality material, with a fun firing speed, and the LED function to simulate the Needles firing make this a great display piece or just something to shoot your friends with when they come over. Highly recommend for any Halo fan's display shelf.

Want more like it
The media could not be loaded. So it's a perfect collection piece fits in great even comes with its own stand and it looks awesome when lit up, I would love to have more like it for my collection. That said it's not built for performance it's slow fire rate and trigger delay are not ideal for tournaments or nerf events it dose hit a little harder than most collection pieces, think rival power but with the fire rate of a stampede. Perfect for comicon or pax. a bit heavy and takes 6 AA batteries in the bottom panel, but having a display mode 👌 👏 well done nerf . It turns off automatically after 2 hours, so if you forget no worries. Great gift idea for the halo fan in your life was worth every penny.

Super cool!
Super cool as a display item and a NERF blaster! I purchased it as a Halo fan for my gaming display and it looks great, especially with the light-up only function. It’s also a surprisingly powerful blaster too. Very happy.

Fantastic prop, decent blaster
As a prop it is probably the best needler on the market. You can’t get a needler that is the right colors, lights up and has a display stand for less than 100$. If you go on Etsy you can find 3d printed kits for around 80$ that you still have to assemble yourself and lack electronics. For 300$ or more on Etsy you can find fully assembled needlers that look good, but still don’t have lights. As a dart blaster it’s decent. The darts it comes with are garbage. Could not hit a 20 foot target as the darts veer off course and fishtail into everything but the target. Using adventure force darts I was able to average about 7 hits on an archery target at 30 feet. I tested its maximum range and got around 40-70 feet. Also it shoots high so it’s best to fire it from the hip.Overall it is pricey but it’s well worth the price.

A Memento for the Ages!
This was an impulse purchase I had to make. This is very Game Accurate to the beloved Halo Franchise and makes for a great talking piece in anyone's room. Would also be nice background decor for Streamers and Content Creators. Little kid me would have been beyond happy to have wielded such an awesome toy. This Nerf LMTD Halo Needler should be used as a Prop Toy!Pros.- Beautiful Lights.- Game Accurate-Average Dart Distance-Amazing Build Quality-Comes with Display Stand-Heavy and Nicely Weighted-Shooting Mode / Always On Modes-Perfect GiftCons.-Tedious to Reload-10 Shots-(6) Double-A Batteries Required and NOT Included.Would not recommend using in Nerf Wars.

The Best Nerf Blaster and Halo Replica Ever Made
Bought the Needler for myself as I am a huge fan of the Halo franchise. Absolutely blown away that Nerf has produced such a masterpiece of a replica.Let me be clear, this is not the blaster you want with you in a Nerf war. It is difficult to tell where the heck you're shooting as their are no sights. However, the rate of fire and the velocity at which the darts are fired is very impressive to say the least.6 AA batteries is a tad excessive for anything in my opinion, but the blaster makes up for it in every other way. The lights are so cool. The fact that there is a display mode is even cooler. Then the cherry on top is the fact that there is a touch sensor on the grip that detects when you touch the blaster, which activates the lights. Just mind blowing. And like I said earlier, the motor on this thing is strong. The darts do sting a little if you're hit close range. Now, apparently I read everything about this blaster but missed the part where it comes with a freaking display stand, so picture my face when I opened the box and see that thrown in there too. It's nothing super fancy, just clear plastic. But the fact that they put that in there just further shows their commitment to this blaster in particular. The attention to detail is insane. I can go on about this blaster for another 5 paragraphs, or you can just go buy one. I am very tempted to buy a second one so I can dual wield.

Great Collector's Item, But Does NOT Make Needler Sounds!!
My boyfriend is a HUGE fan of Halo, so I bought this item as a Valentine's Day gift to extend his collection. This device was beautifully crafted and at a scale similar to the Needler's in-game size; it even came in a limited edition box that we have lovingly placed at the top of our bedroom closet! The quills at the top glow with the flip of a switch. There is no glowing display that counts down your needles. It does not make any noise, either. The needler fires well. If it's any consolation, I watched in horror as my boyfriend shot our metal apartment door from about seven feet away, which made a noise so devastatingly unsettling, I requested him never to shoot it towards me. (Your children are probably more durable than I, so if you are considering this as a gift for them, please overlook this feature on their behalf. The gun was tested by a children's company, so it's probably safer than what I give it credit for.)The battery department has to be undone with a screwdriver. My word of advice: Make sure you are undoing the right screw. When two very excited adult geeks set their minds to something, they find very quickly that they can take a NERF gun apart at Mac speed before realizing the battery compartment was right next to their 15-minute attempt. If you cannot find it, YouTube is your friend. I cannot help you.Reloading is a hassle. You have to manually pull the side open and rotate the revolving feature to pop in each cute little pink dart that will inevitably be spit out again.Other than not making noise, the number display not being active, and the reloading feature being a bit dumb (which is the reason for the four-star review), we honestly love the NERF Needler! We are content with its intended use, sitting on the top of our bookshelf and out of wandering hands.
