I like how this product is very soothing while you’re in your period. I buy this product all the time

Idea is good, but actually made me feel even worse as somehow has sticky feeling to it

it hardly gives any heat on my stomach. Not effective at all—definitely not worth buying.

I expected that the heat will last for 8 hours straight and would work like water bottle, but it lasted for for an hour intermittently. Also, sticking it on my clothes did not work as it did not stick properly, and the heat could not reach my skin. Therefore, I applied it directly to my skin, and there was no harm. Don’t wast your money!

The recent batch I got are super thin and do not heat up like other Rael patches I’ve used in the past. Mind you, I’ve ordered these patches many times! This is the second time I’ve received thin, ineffective patches. Super disappointed as these patches help me get through the day when I have my period.

I was really excited to try these for my period cramps and back pain. Unfortunately they did not work at all. I see all the good reviews and want to believe that maybe i just got a bad batch. Yesterday i got my period, right away my cramps and back pain started. I used on and applied it on my tight tshirt. I waited 30 mins and could not feel any heat on my back. I would feel slight heat when it touched it directly with my hand but not on my back through the shirt. Then i took it off and put it directly on my skin on my back. Slightly better but nothing drastic to help with the pain and it was heavy so it also was falling off. Clearly did not work at all. Now I will just have to buy an electric heating pad. I wish these worked because they would have been great for travel, office etc.

These are Amazing if you are working or on the go and need some heat relief or if you are in bed with cramps. I put them on top of a thin shirt or on top of underwear with some pants/shorts that are not too loose, to keep the heat patch in place. However I will say the patch is pretty small…my abdomen does not have any extra love fluff, they need to come out with a XL version so everyone can enjoy, and for the girls with a little extra meat. If you have any belly roll hang time I feel like the patch won’t work unfortunately.

It's very practical and discreet. I keep a box with me at work so whenever I need them, I can stick one to my underwear and move on with my day. It lasts a good 8 hours, doesn't fall but is also easy to remove. It gets warm fairly quickly and stays warm without becoming uncomfortable. This could be a five star, depending on the type of period cramps you're having. For light cramps, it would be perfect. For anyone with endo, this won't stop the pain but does provide a certain relief. I'm already on my 3rd box and will keep buying.
