This product is exactly what it says it is and it is dry and well packed. I use these sort of acids all the time for my candy and occasionally in my Apple salad and pies. This and a little citric acid will give you a tang that just can't get any other way. Very happy with it.

Mailc Acid came almsot exactly as described... although do NOT let you be fooled by the "unflavored" claim on the container's label beause if you did not know, Malic Acid is very sour naturally and can be tangy ("naturally"). So if that is not what you are expecting, just reduce it in whatever it is being used for, especially in edible creations, and you should be fine! Price for the 1 LB., is SOLID and will last our home for a lifetime!! Ya'll be safe!! And stay positive.
