TAMIYA58519 Toyota Bruiser 4X4 Pick Up - 2012 Edition Vehicle

Meticulous attention to detail, and still made in Japan. While not exactly a scale rock crawler, this kit is exceptional in quality. Even the packaging and the presentation of the model after opening the box is impressive as with most Tamiya products. The body is injection molded plastic like regular model for fine detail. The chassis, 3-speed transmission, axles, suspension, etc.. are all mostly metal. Full bearings included. Motor included. Instructions are outstanding. Tamiya has an online how-to build review with videos. RC4WD offers high quality accessory parts like metal bumpers, a scale winch, CNC alum wheels, etc... My only complaint is it's gearing is a little fast for rock crawling, tho it's proven rugged and very capable.

Tamiya did it again! I always wanted a Bruiser when I was a kid. It was a real joy to build this with my boys. Brought back great memories of other Tamiya rc cars I built when I was a kid.

I wanted this truck when I was much younger but parents didn't like the price so I went with the Blackfoot. It is awesome to see these trucks still around !!!

Ein echter spitzen Bausatz. Chassis komplett aus Metall, Antrieb voll kugelgelagert, alles wie von Tamiya gewohnt in Top Qualität!Nicht wirklich billig, aber jeden Cent wert.Zur Fertigstellung werden noch 2 Servos, ESC und eine 4 Kanal Fernsteuerung benötigt. Optional sollte man sich noch eine Beleuchtung gönnen, aber darauf achten, dass nur die Scheinwerfer 5mm LEDs sind, alle anderen sind 3mm.

中学の時、トマホーク、ファントム、ギャロップ、ゼルダ、ロードランナーなどラジコンに熱中。あれから35年。少しお金と時間に余裕が出来、昔を思い出し購入。... これ、みんな作れるの？なんとか形にはしましたが、疲れ果てました。あと、「嫌がらせか？！」ってくらいデカい箱が届きます。ハイラックス離婚にならないようご注意下さい。

小さいころ憧れてましたが余りの値段に諦めて何十年。この度セールのおかげで大分安く手に入りました。が‥まだ金かかる、と。プロポが4チャンネルのが必要。安くても25,000くらい‥むむむ‥ちなみにマルチファンクションユニットとやらはこれにはそのままでは付かない模様ですので、諦める方が健康的？スリッパークラッチもオプションで存在するらしい。何となく貧弱そうなダンパーは交換したほうがいいのかな？そもそも出来るのかどうなのか。モーターは540しか使わないで、とあるので、良いやつ買おうかなとか悩む必要なし。まぁ買ったからには過不足なく盛り込んで遊ぶのが浪漫でしょう。少しずつ周辺機器も買っていけば良いと考えます。

This is a fine remake of the original Tamiya model.If you liked it in the past, or you're a collector it might be a good time to get one before they disappear again.

金属部品がほとんどですが精度が高く組み立てやすかったです。難関はトランスミッションで上手く組みあがらず又ばらして組付けました。BODYもプラスティックでスケール感があります。
