As they say you may need to ask a Physician before trying it. I believe is the most safe way to calm a sensitive tummy and may help with digestive issues. The bottle said 8 ounces per serving . I’ve only tried it a few days. It is inexpensive . I keep it in the refrigerator. Will definitely repurchase. I would much rather use this before a Rx - just my preference. Hope this helps someone else. It is not like the slimy aloe straight from the plant !
