How does this work for a lefty?

I don’t know. It was a gift for my grandson several years ago and he throws right handed. The premise is to teach the child to use two hands when fielding since there is no real pocket in this trainer you need your bare hand to help with the fielding. I don’t remember whether this can be flipped over and used by a southpaw. It’s more of a psychological thing as the child wears something that takes the place of the glove but you’re not going to use it to play catch. It’s strictly for slow hit or rolled ground balls.

Is this for a lefty or righty?

Righty, but you can fit it for a lefty.

Training glove. Very flat pancake glove. It’s awesome it’s helped my son with his fielding.

Is this the glove in the 1st pic or the 3rd pic? There are 2 different styles.

Unless they changed it, it should look like the 3rd pic. No cut-out/pocket.
