Weak torque
I have to loosen the screws on the laptops, then I can use this. Tightening is good enough.Micro USB charging, instead of USB-C.

Will not last. Don’t buy.
This is my third and final WOW Stick I bought working in IT. If you buy this, you’re on your own. If I could give a negative for durability, I would. Only good thing about this is the seller did give me a replacement on my first stick that failed but only after going through an act of Congress. When that failed, I had to purchased my third and it just failed after a few months. Just stopped turning. Motor failed. Hit the button, and nothing. Leave it on charger, nothing. Do yourself a favor and save your money and buy something else. Better yet, just flush your hard earned money down the toilet, you’d be doing about the same buying this thing.

NOT DURABLE.
Got my wowstick 2 months ago. It was great at the beginning, battery life great. Has good power in removing and replacing screws in cellphone repairs. But suddenly it stop working. The motor seems its stuck. It's fully charged,the lights comes on when the switch is press,forward and reverse but the motor not moving. No sound just nothing. VERY VERY POOR VALUE FOR MONEY. I NEED A REPLACEMENT.

Broken unit twice
The replacement I was sent is now broken. Waste of time and money.

Scam product, do not buy.
Barely works when plugged in and does not work at all wireless, when plugged in and you first use it it doesn't even work and acts like it's on its last legs once it starts rotating. I had it charging for about 8 hours when I first tried it. Do not buy this as it seems to be a scam since it doesn't even work. Hopefully that actually give me my money back.
