This a great vitamin that I take a few times a week prior to bed to boost my immune system and metabolism to burn fat. The pills are bigger, so I cut them in half so that they are easier to eat and mix them with a glass of orange juice for a better taste. They are a good value for the money, easy on the stomach, don't have much smell to them and work. The one thing I will mention is I seem to have a better nights sleep when taking at night. May want to consider whether morning or night would work best. Fully recommend the vitamin and brand.

NOW Brand L-Lysine is a consistently superb! It is a VERY Large Oval Solid Pill (because it is Double Strength.) But I only have to take it 3 times weekly so it is worth swallowing the larger pill. L-lysine is a great supplement for your immune health but these pills are too gigantic to swallow! I tried it not once but twice. The first time I swallowed it whole. I was so terrified it got stuck in my throat I started to panic. It took me a while to get the courage up to try it again, but this time, I broke it up, and it was worse going down, getting stuck, again. I decided to just add it to my green tea or grind the pill until it was smooth powder. I gave it 4 stars as it is a great product. The pill is just too freakin' big! I ordered the pill crusher so it would not be a waste.

I've noticed quite a difference in my skin firmness since starting my lysine tablets. They are huge, but what a difference!!!

So great supplement for anyone that needs me additional allergy immune boost. It is a bit on the larger side of pills if anybody has difficulty swallowing pills.

I like NOW supplements and think they are of high quality. Personally, these Lysine tablets are way too big, and always make me gag a little trying to swallow them. As such, I am not going to finish and will be getting a brand with the same potency...but SMALLER tablets.
