The main issue is the plastic material, which is quite soft and pliable. Over a relatively short period of time, the teeth lose their shape, bend, and even warp, especially when used on thicker or wet hair. This makes them less effective and uncomfortable to use.While they are affordable, their short lifespan means you'll likely be replacing them sooner than you'd expect. They fulfill their function, but only for a limited time.In summary: They work, but don't expect them to last. They are a temporary solution, not a long-term hair tool.
