No actual ingredients list on label...
I am a bit uncomfortable with the fact that there is no actual ingredients list on the label, so we have to assume all that is in this product is powdered beets and powdered apple cider vinegar - and no added flow agents, which is pretty common for powdered products. However, this is a bit clumpy and doesn't mix all that well - clumps even more when wet, so I could believe there are no flow agents added. Then the second red flag is No Organic seal anywhere on the label, which makes this improper, as all products that claim to be organic must carry the Organic Seal proving it has been tested and passed the requirements to claim organic on the label. So two items that are required on labels are missing.Tastes like powdered beets with a very slight vinegar after taste, which I was expecting way more vinegar taste to this - I mean does vinegar loose it's taste when dried? Maybe, as vinegar sure tastes different in jars of pickles.I tried mixing this in water with just a spoon, and that's a no go. So used a milk frother and that was a lot better, but I still had lumps of wet covered powder in there. I don't want to mix this in a smoothie as I want this just as it is, so I'll have to use a stick blender if I really want to knock the lumps out.I do like the energy I get when I eat beets, and am always amazed by that. I just don't always like to work with fresh beets, or canned beets and wanted a quick alternative that gave the same results, so I jumped on trying this powder. It's ok, but really the best results I get are from the fresh, real deal. This product ends up being a pass for me. Just not happy with the lack of proper labeling and the lumps.

Great beet option!
I love that they combined two of my favorite supplements into one awesome power. I mix it into my smoothies so I cannot tell any taste coming from it. I love the quality and most of all the value. Usually organic means pricier but this is affordable. When it comes to beets I really insist on organic due to the growing nature of beets.

Having To Acclimate To Flavor
Product: Superior Source Organic Beet Root + Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Powder, 30 (7 g) ServingsI love beets and am aware of the many health benefits. I got this beet root powder as a way of adding the health benefits into my diet when I’m not eating beets. It is my first time trying a powder like this, so I can’t compare it with other similar products. This also contains apple cider vinegar.I initially mixed it with just water and added ice as I need cold water when I drink it. I got most of the glass down, but I wasn’t a fan. I could definitely taste the beets and something else I couldn’t put my finger on. It was probably the apple cider vinegar. But there was an almost stale taste to it. I don’t think the product was stale (Manufacture date was only 2 months prior). It’s probably a taste you have to acclimate to and related to the powder form. I’m in search of another food I can use it with. I’m still looking. I think using smaller amounts than the 1 tablespoon recommended amount would help. I’d rather user a smaller amount a couple of times a day.The powder is very fine. It dissolved fairly well, actually better than I expected. There was a bit of undissolved in the bottom of the glass, but it didn’t clump. The container was appropriately sealed with the necessary nutritional information on the label. There were important parts of the label that couldn’t be read because of the black font on top of a dark graphic. I don’t know why companies do this. By taking a picture of the label and blowing it up, it says the product is made in the US and to refrigerate once mixed but not consumed immediately. This does seem like a quality product with good nutritional value. The price seems comparable to similar products available on Amazon.

Seems to help with well-being and weight loss, taste is tolerable, but not crave worthy.
I ran out today which was only 28 days so a few days early. I like the components of beet root powder and the ACV powder for a combination of weight loss and blood cleaning. It's a lot cheaper than doing the beet juice drinks daily from the health food store or juicing them myself. I prefer green juice blends anyway. Beets are earthy tasting (like dirt), but the powder is different. The taste is pretty decent, I think that beet powder is actually a component of those ACV gummies they sell. The taste is not quite as sweet as those gummies, but it's drinkable. There are not a lot of substances in this mix, just two listed, the beet and ACV powder. I could tell though the beets at least seem to do the job intended. I felt ill for about six days when I started taking this not real ill but enough to feel there were some toxins released from the liver or the blood. I felt better when I increased my water intake. After six days, I started to feel really good and my energy levels seem to improve as well. I started doing tasks around the house that I've put off for a while. I think the beet powder is effective here. The mix is low calorie as well, so you will likely lose weight taking this. Make it known that when toxins are released, you are gonna feel a slight fever and sluggish for about a week. I suggest continuing to take this unless you suffer an alergic reaction, but that's not too likely. Recommended.
