Fabulous Medication Orgsnizer, Very Durable
Excellent medicine box, 30 separate dated four compartment organizers. From #1 through #31. Making it easy to sort medications for morning, afternoon/lunch, dinner time and evening medications. Red on one end, green on the other. Place either color up to indicate bedding to take medication, flip to the other color to know you have taken that days meds. Strong plastic flip tops attached for each day. There is a tray area attached, to set one days med container, as you take them throughout the day. Quality is sturdy, plastic containers hold up well, after refilling month after month. Overall container for each day of meds, is very good, tiered design. Easy to use for adults who need reminders to take medication. For traveling, just pull out the numbered days you need to take with you. We always carry an extra day or two in case of delays.

These are great pill organizers. We purchased them for our parents and they are for 31 days which it makes it real easy for us to manage would definitely

Excellent tool!
My husband has suffered a series of small strokes over the past 20 years or so he has significant diabetes). For most of that time, he has managed his own medication quite nicely. Over the course of the past couple of years he has had periods of time where he would forget a few does, take too many doses, or confuse the 'morning' row of compartments in his pill box with the 'evening' row. His blood sugar started fluctuating a lot more than before and since I work full time I couldn't be here to monitor and guide his medication-taking. When I found the MedCenter 31 Day Pill Organizer, I was impressed with the thought put into the design. (I also purchased the talking alarm/reminder separately.) It seemed to be exactly what we needed. Each day's pills would be in one box so he couldn't take pills from the wrong compartment. The talking alarm would remind him throughout the day not only to take a dose, but which dose he needed. And each reminder told him explicitly which dose so he could match that up with the correct compartment. The time and date displays help him a lot. With this system he doesn't really need them too much for medication purposes, but he does get a little fuzzy on what day it is and he likes to know decisively so this helps with that. It also helps me be sure he is on the right box. Each morning, i put his empty box red side up in the container and put out the new box in the little well designed for that purpose. The most telling thing for me is that HE is genuinely excited about how helpful this is for him. He was getting pretty nervous about not being able to keep his meds in order and now he feels like he is doing that. I expect to see a much better result the next time we go for labs. I also want to mention that the company has exemplary customer service. I purchased this item through Amazon and it was not the MedCenter company that sold it. When I received it, there were 2 boxes for Day 26. I contacted MedCenter as they do sell replacement boxes. They immediately offered to send a replacement box for free and it was here in 2 days. This customer care will stick with me as it is so unusual these days. A couple of small complaints I have to mention: - The covers on the compartments can be tough to open and this is hard for my husband with compromised strength and fine motor skills. - The boxes can be difficult to remove from the container because there isn't really enough 'finger room' around them to get a good grip. If he had to do this himself, we'd be in trouble. - It takes quite a bit of time to pour the meds at the beginning of the month (though I'm not sure how one would design around this) These are small things to live with and well outweighed by the benefit we are receiving from using this product. I am so glad I decided to purchase it.

Works great for dog meds!
We have four dogs who each get morning meds and three adults in the house who share the responsibility. Not all the dogs get up at the same time so sometimes one or two will be later than the others. I used a cricut to put the first letter for each dog on one of the lids. It's super clear who needs their drugs and who doesn't and what day we're on. I also put a reminder in one for their once a month allergy shot. The lids are fine to open once a day but doing all 31 for refill days were killing my hand. I use a piece of scrap plywood to pop the lids open (see pic) and it works REALLY well. You could use anything similar for it. Refilling is easy and satisfying! Also pictured are our TimerCaps we use for the evening meds that are as needed. Highly recommend for any as needed meds! They fit perfectly on the station. All of these together make it easy for someone else to look after our dogs and help everyone stay on the same page. Nobody has missed any doses since we moved to it! The big round pills are chewable glucosamine (for scale). We can easily fit 2 glucosamine + arthritis meds into one with room to spare! Update: 18 months later, June 2024 This organizer is still holding up GREAT. The individual flaps for each container have loosened slightly over time which is a bonus because they're easier to flip open, but they still close and latch very securely. When I was opening all 31 at once for refills, it used to be tough and I'd use a wood block to save my fingers. Now I can just open them all with my fingers. This thing is literally the best. We also have put stickers on some days to remind us of monthly meds (allergy shots, heartworm, etc.) and when the dogs need something additional like an antibiotic, we'll pop those in as well to keep everyone on track. I'd definitely recommend this for humans or a pack of animals!

Four years later and I still LOVE it! Durable, convenient, simple to pack for travel
I bought mine about 4 years ago. It has been a life-changer. Being able to prepare the meds I’ll need all month (including vitamins) gives me peace of mind. It saves time as well. I felt like I was always wasting time refilling them single week or two week products. I’ve had no problems with durability. This product has been worth every penny. When I pack for a trip, I gather the pill packs for each day of the trip and I pack 2-3 extra days just in case something happens (travel delay, dropped pills, etc). I place them together in a sealable plastic bag in case a compartment pops open (to keep the pills from being lost), but in all this time I have never had a compartment randomly pop open. The green color helps me recognize the ones I have filled and ready for use. The red color indicates to me that I need to refill those pill keepers, or that I have not filled the compartments with all necessary medications. If I am trialing a new medicine, I will only prepare the meds for about one - two weeks so it is easy to remove a medication if it is discontinued from my regimen. I typically only have morning and night medicines, so I use the Noon and Evening compartments for vitamins that I can take any time during my day. The one downside is that the lettering has rubbed off a little after using these for multiple years. But that’s a small problem for such a great product.

Keeps me sane
Updated Review: July 18, 2018 I just want to give a quick shout out for this product because after 2 years it is still going strong. I use this product daily. I believe that all of my caps are still connected to the bottoms, but a few are only on by a thread. Meds still stay in whether it’s a thread or a secure attachment. Pros -Used daily for over 2 years and still works great. -Helps organize and manage meds better than any system I have encountered. -Roomy. In one of the four spots, able to fit at least large capsules with smaller capsule and other pills. -Helps me know what day of the week it is. Cons -Writing on the front has started to wear off. -Some caps are difficult to open. -Some caps are only holding on by a little bit. -Inside of tray that holds daily containers can get dusty. (I keep mine in an area thats covered to avoid dust.) -Not great for traveling. (I use a very compact med pack for traveling and bring 3-4 locking circles you can get from drugstores to separate the pills out daily.) Overall, I still definitely recommend this product. It’s simple and it’s clear. Now I know which pills I took even if I took the wrong ones, which rarely happens now thanks to this organization system. Original Review: June 20,2016 I take way too many pills a day and have been since I was a teen. Having used multiple and varying pill organizers - they are now officially a collection - I realized that I wanted to stop worrying about whether or not I took my medicine, or if I took the right medicine. This 31 day contraption helped immensely. It has been about 2 months and I have only missed one dose and that's because I was excited, in a hurry and not paying attention to whether or not I actually opened right compartment. The red and green sides make me happy and I've been better about calling the pharmacy for refills because I set up the reds before I am out so that I have a buffer. The only downside that I've found, is that two of my "doors" have broken off. Some are difficult to open and in trying to open them, I accidentally separated a "door" from it's three other companions and the storage area. Fortunately, it snaps back on pretty easily, and it's traveled in my purse with no accidental openings - which does happen with other pill organizers. Bottom line: If you take a lot of pills and are tired of monitoring them constantly this is the organization system for you. It takes one hassling aspect of life and compartmentalizes it for on a monthly basis four times a day. It's wonderful knowing that my medicine is exactly where I need it to be every day.

Excellent organizing system for meds and supplements
I bought one of these for myself and one for my wife. I have some prescriptions that need to be taken at different times or before or after meals, and I was terrible at following the "fine print". If I took all my pills at once . . . not counting my supplements, I was doing great. I saw these and decided to take a chance. The organization is easy. 31 individually-numbered day (container) times 4 compartments per day in a stable and useful box to make them readily visible.. Green side up before you take any; red side up when you've finished that day's pills, and a small shelf on the front for partially taken days. If you put it in someplace you are likely to go, you should be able to tell whether you've taken your meds at a glance. When you see you are running out of a drug as you are putting it into the daily containers, it's easy to order a refil THEN, so you never run out at the last minute. If you take a great number of supplements, many of which are large capsules (such as fish oils, calcium supplements, etc.), the same company makes a similar product but with larger daily units, so try that one. (My wife opted for changing to that one, but so far, this is a great product for me, and it would make a nice gift for a relative or close friend who has more meds or supplements and needs help remembering what's been taken and what's left. There's also a travel case which holds seven of the daily containers. My wife and I have tried about 10-15 different types of containers in 15 years since we started taking supplements. Nothing equals this. A minor inconvenience is it takes about 30 minutes at the dining room table to organize things, but that is once a month. This container will put you (or someone who loves you) more in control of your medication and supplements than you have ever been. Do it once a month, and that's it. You can easily see if you've forgotten to take something. You can pre-plan refils so you avoid running out. Get one for yourself and give one to someone you love. CONSTRUCTION QUALITY: A DESIGN: A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Love this pill box!!!
Love this pill organizer. It also works great as a calendar! 🙂 Each pill container has a number on the top (green label) and the bottom (red label), starting at number 1 and goes thru 31. All you do is remove the current day you’re on and take your pills. If you take pills more than once a day, there is a slightly indented slot, the exact size of the pill container, we’re you put that day’s pill container. Once you take your last pill for the day, turn it upside down and put it back in the holder. Then the red size is up and you know you’ve taken that day’s pills. Easy peazy!! You don’t have to question yourself on if you remembered to take your pills/vitamins for that day. I personally only take 1 prescription a day but I do take quite a few vitamins a day so this works out great for that. Bought one about a couple months back for my husband and he loves it. It gives you your pill/vitamin supply for a whole month. The only down side, the pill slots themselves are not real wide or deep. Because I only rake my pill/vitamins once a day, I just use one of the other slot for my remaining pills that don’t fit in the ‘morning’ slot. I, personally, like doing it this way because, before, I would take all my pill/vitamins in the morning so by the time lunch time came around my tail-end would be dragging. Plus, I always wondered if taking all my different vitamins & herbs at the same time was healthy. Could I be overwhelming my system by doing that. Soooo, having 4 slots in each pill container allows me to take them twice a day. The ‘morning’ and ‘noon’ slots I take in the morning and the evening’ and ‘night’ slots I take in the afternoon. Have 4 slots in the one container allow me more space if needed. Some of my vitamins are larger than other and therefore take up more room. This way, I have 2 slots each for my twice a day consumption. It’s also convenient for those who work during the day because you can just take the whole day’s container with you and put it back in the holder when you get home. I must warn you though. Each pill slot is pretty hard to open but I’m assuming that will get easier as I use it more. The upside on that is that you definitely won’t have to worry that the lid will open in your purse, briefcase, etc. Another downsize.. it does take a little bit of time when filling the containers but at least you only have to do it once a month. 😏
