The amount of time it takes to reach the fully charged state varies drastically depending on the charger you use and also the capacity of lipo batteries that are used. Mine takes a couple of hours to charge and I am using 4x 2000mah lipo batteries with a USB 2.0 2 amp basic wall charger. Each battery has and indicator on the display to tell you if there is and issue with that battery. Its great for using with any spare 18650 batteries you might have. The quality it good, its hold 4 batteries and the power output and charging speed depends on the batteries you use.
