Arrive on time and with implied/expected quality
The specifications are good, the quality of manufacturing could have been better. Filters need to be efficient and effective, but getting both of these is not simple ie efficiency in this case is the least amount of energy to move the air through the filter, while effectiveness in this case is its ability to capture all undesirable particles from the passing air through the filter. Both of these are influenced by the materials used, the design and shape of the medium and finally the manufacturing process. I have 4 stars because of the design and manufacturing. I do not want to bore the readers with the details of what I think, so I end it at this point.
