Great seller, great product. Only used it once but it did help me breathe a little better. I guess athletes use it for that.

This item was super uncomfortable and not designed for people with a small nose. I tried it for several days to see if ti would adjust to my nose, it didn't! Waste of time and money especially if you're looking for help with snoring.

Works pretty good but sometimes leaves your nose sore

If you snore you have to try them and if you don't snore still try them. I do not sleep without them and I have purchased them many times. They are reusable but not indefinitely. The get softer after a few uses and do not work as well. Simple and genius product.

Does your partner wake you up because of snoring? Using this has pretty much stopped that for me. I am snoring less. It feels a little weird in your nose at first, but it helps me to breathe better through my nose as opposed to my mouth.

I really, really wanted to use and like these. Unfortunately, there are several issues. I understand people all have difference noses, so these may work better for some than others, but they don't work for me. Pros: they DO manage to keep the nostrils open and I could definitely tell a difference, similar to what you get with nasal strips in holding your nostrils open and there's a marked improvement in air flow. Cons: the middle part is way too tight - they pinch the middle of the nose too strongly and over time cause a dull throbbing pain for me, which makes it difficult to sleep. My left nostril is also smaller than my right, and getting a good fit in there is impossible for me, meaning there's a lot more pressure on that nostril vs. the other one, which means they slightly tear up the inside of my nose, which isn't good. I've yet to make it a full night with this in. If I put it in early to try and "get used to it" I end up pulling it out prior to falling asleep. If I put it in and do fall asleep, every time so far I've pulled it out at some point during the night. Lying on my side, if my pillow touches my face at all or I happen to bump my nose it wakes me up due to the pain. They're a nice idea, but at least for me, there are multiple issues with using these. Unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to use them.

They work great

it works by keeping the nasal passages open for normal breathing. have never used when a cold occurs.
