When I sent this item to my family for Christmas it came in dented and scratched (due to shipping), but the seller was extremely helpful in getting a replacement to me right away! The set is really cute, and my niece was so excited to be able to use her Harry Potter set!

Disappointing
The plates were nice but the water bottle was very cheaply made. I would not buy this again.

Slight Disappointment
Everything was great, until I saw the size of the eating plate. The plate was quite small. The water holder/drinking container was perfect. Very useful for school.
