It was delivered in a shipping envelope, but it was triple-bubble wrapped with a layer of shopping tape over the top layer of bubble wrap. When I (carefully) cut the bubble wrap off, there was a pretty dark pinky-red velvet bag with a satin drawstring. Inside that bag was the crown — which had a core of styrofoam inside of it and a cap of styrofoam over the cross. It was pretty well protected. Getting the core of strofoam out was a bit harder, but it just took a few minutes (watch out for the flakes — it willget everywhere!). The crown itself is adorable and well made. It’s beautiful! The gold, pearl beads, and rhinestones made a very regal looking crown. Although you can wear it (it came with bobby-pins), it is on the small side in diameter. The height is good, but the width is too small for an adult’s head. I plan to put it on a shelf for display. It really is a gorgeous piece, and if you love crowns, it’s a must-get! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You are going to want this crown... It came packed with Styrofoam blocking protecting both the cross topper and filling the inside, and then in a little velvet bag and then wrapped in bubble-wrap. It is very good quality and heavy metal and plating. It is small (but I knew that.. ) About 3.5 inches across and around 6 inches tall. It looks exactly like what Queen Victoria wore. (which is what I was looking for) I do wish it came in a larger size because I would totally get that one too...
