This stuff helps going to sleep and staying asleep. Doesn’t make you feel groggy the next day either

I absolutely love this product.I put it in my coffee every day.And sometimes I add it to my hot chocolate mix at night.

Excellent product, great ingredients. Does not put me to sleep, but really relaxes me. I do have a rather deeply entrenched sleep problem, so it may be just perfect for others.
