Well designed, robust, and high quality tent
I got the 10 x 15 canopy tent in purple. If you are looking at this canopy you know it is not cheap. In my experience though it is worth the expense if you want a canopy that will last. Every aspect of this item is built to a higher level of durability than any of the typical basic canopies I have ever used. I got this canopy for a mid sized festival I have been involved with for several years. I wanted to get something a bit bigger and more sturdy than the standard 10 x 10 we had been using. I got it in purple as that is a festive color. The unit arrived in the quoted time frame and in good shape. This is a heavy duty canopy all the way around. You'll realize that as soon as you pick it up and feel the heft of it's weight. The frame legs are not the typical square shape but rather 6 sided and very thick and strong. No casual wind or pressure is going to bend or collapse these legs. You can feel the heft and quality of them. The locking mechanism and release levers are robust as well with a very firm and positive lock to it when it clicks in place. The overhead frame is also a significant step above most of the typical canopy frames you will encounter and I wouldn't hesitate to hang reasonable weighted items from the internal frame. Just use common sense. The canopy itself is a very heavy and dense material that provides good shade as well as UV protection. The color is vibrant and festive. The inside lip of the canopy is lined all the way around with a heavy strip of velco a couple inches wide which would make it easy to secure pouches, banners or decorations with a velcro back. Our festival did see a few periods of heavy rains last year and the fabric held up like a champ keeping us dry. Do be aware that like many canopies water builds in pools between the supports and when it gets to a certain level will pour over the edge from time to time. I learned quickly not to stand near the edge as when it releases the water a fair amount pours over the edge. I do not know if this can be engineered out of the design or not but after one good soaking I learned not to stand just under the edge of the canopy. The storage and transport bag is also very robust with a very heavy fabric that is not going to damage easily. The wheels are designed very robust and with good size to make transport easily. The wheels very easily rolled over an average field with no trouble. Given the weight of this item the robust wheels are a necessity and I was glad the company did not neglect this requirement. The zipper is also very heavy and robust. It opens and closes easily and allows easy access to get the frame and canopy back in the bag. Zippers on canopy bags are a high failure item and I feel this zipper will hold up very well as long as you do not over stuff the bag. This will require neatly refolding the canopy to place it back in the bag. I am very pleased with the quality of this canopy and expect it too last for many years to come. I have included a couple picks after the first test set up at my home prior to our festival. The banner hanging on the tent is not included and was ordered from a different company.

Very tough frame and cover
When I purchased this I had never set up a tent like this. My brother in law was at the house to help and he showed me how simple it was. Poof it is super easy, does help to have extra hands though. We have it setup over my cooking area on my deck, and we usually just take it down when we are finished with it. Well this last weekend we put it up early Saturday morning and began cooking for a simi large crowd that was coming over to watch the LSU vs Alabama game (GEAUX TIGERS). After the game we celebrated outside till late in the evening so we left everything out to pickup the next day. Here is the important part that I had to learn the hard way!!! Tie down your tent even if you plan to put up that same day, if not you could have the same problem I did. Well the next day I was lazy and figured I would wait to take down the tent, I’m disabled so I don’t like doing it by myself so one more day couldn’t hurt right? Unfortunately a storm hit and it had some strong winds with it, when I woke up the next morning my tent was gone. I walk out to my deck and it was nowhere in the backyard, so I opened my garage door and there it was sitting in my driveway. Distance was @ 100 feet from the deck and I believe it went over the roof of my garage. Now this is the point of the story and pictures!!!! The tent frame didn’t bend or break, it doesn’t even have any dents. The cover that was laying right next to the frame didn’t tear or have any holes in it. Truly amazing, I couldn’t believe how lucky I was, nothing damaged at all. That little story just attest to just how heavy duty and sturdy that frame is, and how tough the cover is. If you are shopping for a tent then this is the one you want. If I ever have to buy another one you can bet it will be this one.1st picture is from edge of my garage.2nd picture if you look past fence you can see my black gazebo, the tent was next to it.3rd picture is a closeup of frame.

This company does not back up its product!
This product was good until it broke within 2 months. Amazon advised me to contact customer service at eurmax since it should still be under warranty. I emailed them on 4 separate occasions. Not one response. I tried to call both numbers on there website and the phone just rang and no one picked up. The other number was a fax number. That is just terrible customer service. This was not a cheap tent but the fact that this company doesn’t return emails or answer the phone is not right. I have never written a review on anything before but this company left me with no choice!

Daddy Like
Daughter plays softball 8 months out of the year and I was going through a canopy every year. I got frustrated with having to constantly replace due to wear or damage. I was given an amazon gift card from work about the time my cheaper one broke and bailed in on the Euramax. I reserched and found this and the EZ-UP to be my best options from a longevity standpoint. I watched a few videos and picked the Eurmax. Now it is heavier than you could possably imagine but I have a custom built wagon that I hall tons of heavy gear around the ballparks of Kentucky so it is managable to me. Like every manufacturer out there they all make cheaper versions for people who rarely use different products. You can tell if its Eurmax top of the line canopy by the hexagon leg configeration. If it has square legs, its the cheaper model. Love the fact I can set it up by myself. I would say this is built as strong as one of these canopys possibly can be. Ive got 4 more years until my daughter graduates and this should make it no problem. Even the bag lives inin is better quality and made of better material than any other canopy ive owned thus far. Buy it, only thing you may be mad at me over is the weight. Kinda like packing a body around but once you get it where your going, you're going to be glad you've got it.

Quality meets Durability
I have only been using this for a few weeks now so take my words with some salt. So far I have been extremely happy with this purchase. Starting with the carrying / stowing case I was impressed. The zipper seems to be of decent quality and robust and the wheels seem durable and lasting, and attach to an aluminum baseplate which is excellent. (* I really like things I can fix myself so if a rivet breaks off or something it's trivial for me to replace or fix = this affords me that) The tent frame itself is of decent quality - not the thickest aluminum around but the gauge appears sufficient to prevent easily collapsing. Telescoping legs are stopped with standard spring loaded round pin and controlled by a plastic release lever that seems it will stand up to repeated use. The actual tent cover feels thick (I don't have an actual measurement thickness / thread count rating) and I was surprised at both the weight and the flexibility of it; both pluses for me. I regret not fully reading the instructions prior to use - dumb on my part - but I strongly recommend it for an easier first time use. Basically unpack the frame 1/2 to 3/4 of the way out, then drape the tent on, get the corners situated, and THEN go vertical. It's currently being used to block out 110 degree sun by the pool and I am beyond grateful for it. "Cheap is expensive in the long run" is one of my favorite sayings and I think I got my moneys worth on this one. I would buy again.
