PANTASTIC AND SUPERB.
I've had this gem for several weeks now and I can't praise it enough, it is simply superb! I needed a skillet to do my cheese omelets in but was concerned about the possibility of the melted cheese sticking. I needn't have worried! The pan comes with a pan sized easy to read card which tells you all you need to know...use NON-metal utensils, the use of cooking oil or butter is optional (I use a very small amount of canola oil, (mostly out of habit) and there is apparently no need to season the pan. It is oven safe to 550 degrees but no mention id made of the stove top temperature. I 've been using a maximum of medium heat on my electric stove and the results are perfect. NOTHING sticks and the cleanup couldn't be easier.. The handle does not get hot if you hold it normally and not close to the pan itself. It's delivered with a clear plasric pan shaped cover that fits over the instruction card and is ideal for storing the pan on the stove top or out in the open for protection, a nice perk. I did a fair amount of research and read many user reviews before settling on this one. It paid off...this was the ideal choice and is a great buy. UPDATE, 3/20/17: After three months of constant use, this pan looks and works as perfectly as it did on day one. The few negative reviews it has received make NO sense to me whatsoever. I can only assume that those reviewers may need some sort of help. I have offered this update because I have long felt that when a manufacturer creates a quality product into which it is apparent that care and honesty were involved, plaudits are deserved and the buying public should be aware. When used intelligently and as directed, with the care it deserves, this is a high quality product and you will be hard-pressed to find fault with it. End of story.

... pan I have purchased this month alone from the wonderful seller! This unique pan does it all
Here's my wholehearted review on this product as it's my 3rd pan I have purchased this month alone from the wonderful seller! This unique pan does it all. This Pan is the Multi-Purpose Non-Stick Pan that replaces your stock pot, rice cooker, baking pan, frying pan, wok, and roasting pan. This has a revolutionary ceramic design and deep-dish sides give you more room to cook more food. Up to 25% more cooking space than traditional nonstick round frying pans.Plus, This copper Cerami-Tech Non-Stick Technology so nothing sticks to the pan. This means you can cook anything without any added butter, oil, or grease! I would say fry an egg as soon as you get this to see how incredibly AWESOME THIS IS What I love the best is Innovative Stainless Steel Induction Technology distributes heat rapidly to all parts of the round pan for even cooking every time. I can say this, you will probably never have to ever replace this in a lifetime! JUST AWESOME!

It was a great pan for cooking crêpes... but for how long?
I bought this pan to make crêpes -- just crêpes, nothing else -- on my induction cooktop. The first time I used this pan I was very happy with it. The crêpes just slid right out of the pan. It heated evenly, and I made the prettiest crêpes I'd ever seen! The second time I used it, last night, I noticed that the crêpes were beginning to stick to it a little. I wish I could say I'm still thrilled with it... but I have a bad feeling about this. Pans that are never used at temperatures higher than 280F and are only hand washed with gentle soap and a sponge should not be losing their finish.on the second use.I will update after future uses.

cheap but ok
Cheap at $10 I paid. I wanted one just like the cheap one I bought on black Friday at a big box store. This one seems to be the same. It is important to use only low to medium heat with these pans. I do use oil in mine. My favorite slippery ceramic pan is T-fal, great heat on low, sold at Amazon too

Was Great yesterday, Today not so good.
Ok so yesterday I gave this a 5, today a 1. I cooked several items in the pan, the last was a Seared Scallop and a 5 oz. Filet Mignon. I used no butter or grease or other shortening. I used induction on a 3500 Watt Induction burner with the temperature set to a max of 360 degrees. The food was amazingly good. The pan had much black debris. I let the pan cool as the instructions say, but before cooling I wiped it out with a paper towel. The pictures show what remained after the paper towel. Then when cold I rinsed with running water, what you see is what is left. I then used Dawn detergent and warm water, nothing changed. I allowed it to soak 1/2 hour and scrubbed with paper towel, virtually no change.Very disappointing. Was this just a bad pan ? I want a replacement or a credit to buy a different brand.

Sticks Bad
Arrived in two days very quick. Used it right off to make bacon eggs and hashbrowns. Don't know why but things just tasted better. Clean up was so easy. Used again today to make scrambled eggs. Four egg whites, a little butter and heavy cream GREAT SCRAMBLE. Again clean up so easy. Yes, the eggs slipped right out yesterday and today. Worked great for a few uses. Now sticks VERY bad ! Bought three pans had to give them away. Bought Ninja never stick. have had them for months now truly NEVER STICK with Ninja. Michael

So I used a spatula and then enjoyed my scrambled eggs
It's true! You only get what you pay for. I was looking forward to flipping my over-easy eggs without oil splash. Nuh-uh. They refused to flip because they were stuck to the "non-stick pan". I used no oil although the directions said I "could use a little oil". It's non-stick, right? So I used a spatula and then enjoyed my scrambled eggs. The stuck on particles of egg did wash out easily using a nylon sink brush and Dawn. Later that day, I cooked some baby carrots and used "a little oil". The carrots were fine but I still cannot get the scorched oil residue off the pan. Maybe I did something wrong. I think it was purchasing the Copper-Core Non-Stick Frying Pan.

Fantastic pan! I did season it before I used ...
Fantastic pan! I did season it before I used it the first time, and I wipe it clean like I would a cast iron pan. Nothing sticks, but you do need a tiny amount of oil or butter. Scrambled eggs are a dream in this pan, as well as grilled cheese (only room for 1 sandwich--2 if you squeeze 'em in), hash browns, stir fry. Cleanup is so easy. It's a good size for one or two people.

what it says it is
I love the pan, just what I needed, but it took a really long time to come because Fedx lost it for a while. But that isn't the seller's fault
