I have Rexton a charging unit. I put the entire hearing aids in the charger at night to recharge the batteries. Would I need a different charger these

I ordered my batteries for a Siemen battery charger. You put the battery holder part of the hearing aid in a slot that narrows to engage the contacts when the lid is closed. On my charger it can damage the hearing aid device if it is left in a charger that is not plugged into an outlet when the hearing aid is inside. I hope this is of some help.

Does this come with a charger

These do not come with a charger, as most regargeable hearing aids have their own chargers that connect to each pair of hearing aids. Yet, if you want to use these in regular hearing aids that are not rechargeable from the factory, you can by purchasing the "Power One Accu Pocketcharger", which is item number B0042ZJ17C on Amazon.Please note, though, that these need to pretty much be charged nightly.Thank you,Local Battery

What is the expiration date?

The ones I received expire late 2017. They are working great...
