The brief "how to install the zipper" in the product description shows you only how to install a new head onto an open-ended zipper, which is trivial.There is no mechanism to temporarily separate the top and bottom of the head, to install it onto a sewn-in zip, without unpicking all the sewing.To fix it onto my holdall zip, I had to gently prise apart the head with a chisel, until there was enough clearance to fit it over the teeth, then use pliers to bend it back to its original shape.
