Definitely room for improvement. I bought this product for use as a facial toner and a treatment for severe acne. Having had success in healing my acne with the steadfast application of an entire bottle of the original blend from this company I was looking forward to the addition of lavender and other oils. Unfortunately it was overkill. I was expecting a lighter formula but this is an oily mess. The bottle had leaked through its protective wrapping during transport. The smell is quite intense as well. Not necessarily bad, but still a pinch too strong.That being said I will give it three stars for use as a toner. It’s far more moisturizing than the original so much so that I haven’t had to moisturize my exceptionally dry face.As for the cotton pads, don’t bother. They are hardly an improvement over the cheapest pads from Ulta or wherever.

I’ve used this for almost 4 years. I love the soft lavender scent, I use it AM &PM! I have extremely sensitive skin, but have never had any problems using this.

It smells great, very refreshing for my skin. It leaves my skin soothed and moisturized. The cotton pads could have been better quality. Overall it was a little pricy but I like the product.

I'ts okay. It's witch hazel with a little essential oil added, which you can see it has separated in the bottle. Shake it before each use. I like the plain better.

Very nice tonic water which leaves your skin hydrated. This is my second bottle.

love this toner, so gentle and effective. the amount is OK for the price but could be better priced compared to other toners out there.

Cleared my pores. Skin feels soft. No more blackheads. This & am product are great!
