Excellent
I'm reviewing this because it's so hard to know what you're getting online. I handled that if anything was wrong, they would stand by their free returns. Thankfully, nothing was wrong. The table came in 3 packages far earlier than expected. The pieces were securely packed. I was ready for a few nicks and scratches, but there were none. Instructions were clear. Just be careful to put the pegs in the right hole (I was). One screw thingy would not go in, but the table is solid without it, so I'm not going to worry about it. I assembled it mostly by myself, with just a few instances where I needed my kids to help hold our steady. They also helped me carry it (it's heavy). The quality is amazing. It's easy to expand and contract (fold). At the smallest size, it could fit in a hallway to hold knickknacks. At the largest size..let's just say this is much larger than the dining room table I have right now. This table will replace my kitchen table. We will insert sections as needed for parties. It's great that there are storage slots for those sections, but they do block off one side of the table unless all are used, so keep that in mind. This is the most versatile and functional table I've ever owned. It was definitely worth the cost.

High quality, beautiful, big
Perfetto 🤌😍 The MDF or whatever it is, is firm, dense, and the surface is pleasant to touch. The construction is precise, with all parts in alignment, moving in and out without frustration. Stable and steady, though of course not quite as solid as a one piece table would be. The oak color is beautiful and almost indistinguishable from my solid oak wood Crate and Barel set. The wide legs design add a touch of modern style and makes it look more expensive than it is. The table is wide enough for two people to sit face to face, with enough room for plates and glasses, and some space in the middle for (small to medium) salad bowls etc. Assembly wasn't frustrating, just follow the instructions closely and take your time. Be sure to properly orient the long metal thingies for their holes to face the right way. In general, I'm very happy and satisfied. It's a high quality solution for a recurring problem.

A great table
The bad: if you do NOT place the little wooden pegs in the exact correct spots and hammer them in, then you are pretty much screwed. I put 2 pegs in incorrect holes and had to jimmy-rig my table to finish it! That being said, here is the GOOD: it’s an epic table and concept. It sits in my house as a little welcome table and just last night I used it for my family dinner. Like magic it expanded to fit the 8 of us. It’s sturdy, well crafted and very impressive. I am overall very happy with my purchase

Love this table!
Absolutely love this table. I was a little worried when I purchased this because this is cheaper than most transformer tables. The table is sturdy and the inserts are heavy. I would absolutely purchase this again. When all the way in, it is can be used as a decorative table. When you slide it all the way out, it works for a 10 person Thanksgiving Dinner. If you are on the fence, don't be. This is worth the money.

Great customer service
UPDATE (7/12/2024): The seller reached out to me to inquire about the defective issues I was experiencing. After some correspondence, the seller replaced the defective parts. I appreciate the seller rectifying the situation very expeditiously. Since the majority of the reviews are positive (which is the main reason I purchased this table), I believe I may have just gotten a defective unit. I've adjusted my rating. As I mentioned before, there is a lot I do like about this table, and given a working unit, we are satisfied with our purchase, and would recommend. Old review has been left for transparency. We selected this table due to the storage of table leaves in the base and the largely positive reviews. Overall we love the aesthetic of the table, the functionality of expanding the table when needed, and the ease of converting the table. That said, the quality of the table components were very poor. Two of our table leaves came damaged in the corner (see photo). There are areas of residue stain on various areas of the table (see photo). And when the leaves are installed, there's nothing to "clamp" the leaves together and they start spreading out on their own. It gets worse while the table is being used due to minimal bumps. This is a concern as people can get their skin pinched or caught between the leaves. We bought this table and left it in the package until our kitchen was complete and we could install it, so unfortunately, we're outside the window to return. I'm not sure if we got a defective unit, but definitely doesn't feel like a good value based on the price we paid, especially compared to some other tables. PROS • Overall aesthetic • Expanding table • Ease of expanding and adding leaves • Customer Service CONS • Quality control • Some panels have dirty residue • 2 panels came damaged (although packaging was not damaged, so most likely the damage occurred prior to shipping) • Panels are not seamless and start separating very easily TL;DR - If you get a unit that is not defective, the table is nice. Quality seems to be hit or miss.

Best table for small spaces!
Everything about this table is amazing. I replaced a different and much less quality table with this, and I have zero regrets. It’s beautiful, it’s made with top quality (even the hardware is some of the best I’ve seen). It’s easy to use, easy to set up and easy to fold away. It’s heavy, but I believe that is a good quality when it comes to a table. Worth the money.

Awesome table, exceptional quality and pretty easy to put together. Very well engineered. Great value. Exactly what we needed to allow our dining room to become more of a playroom space, yet still accommodate extended family Christmas dinner and the rare party. Easier to extend/collapse with 3 people. Delivered in 3 boxes, shipped from Italy and very well packed. Did take quite some time to dispatch and arrive (3 or so weeks) - but that was exactly what we needed at the time, so no complaints. Now all I need is a chair that converts into 8 more!

Table is exactly as described. It opens and closes well. The only improvement I can think of. It would be good to put rubbery pads on the static legs and anti friction ones on the moving ones.

Arrived with a wrong piece (one of the metal braces), but the seller sent a new one at their expenses. Satisfied the expectations, sturdy and good looking!
