Health In Your Hands: Instant Diagnosis & Cure of Serious Diseases

I recommend everyone to read this book before they go to the doctor to spend thousands of dollars. The book explains the pressure points in the body and simple massage can take care of many problems. After struggling with lower back pain for more than 15 years, I gave up on many medicines that I take, Now I depend on this singularly.

Get both this volume and Volume #1, both great and easy to use. Makes Reflexology simple to use and it works!

As a Reiki master I am always seeking more information on universal healing techniques and methods to increase my knowledge of the subject. I purchased this interesting 270 page soft cover book (Health in your hands: Instant diagnosis & cure of serious diseases Volume 2 by Devendra Vora, M.D.) for a bargain price on Amazon. This book focuses on the use of acupressure techniques to diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical issues. The first part of the book covers how to diagnose various medical problems and the second part suggests specific therapies which the author has created for each disease. This book is illustrated with clear drawings but I am not sure whether or not these techniques are actually valid scientifically or medically; nevertheless, I did find some of the material interesting and helpful in Chapter two of the second part of this book, which dealt with breathing exercises and hand position techniques. I may attempt to read Dr. Vora’s volume one of this series to better understand his total approach to healing using acupressure methods. If you are into energy healing you may want to check out this book. Rating: 4 Stars. Joseph J. Truncale (Author: Chair/Seated Tai Chi, Qigong, and Yoga for seniors and the physically challenged).

This book really gives you the complete lowdown of healing through the pressure points of the hands. The Asians may do the feet, but the Indian brethren do the hands. In any case, all healing modalities work and should be studied hard and fast by those who seek wellness and a way to share it with others as a part of their lives. BUY THIS BOOK and its sister book Health In Your Hands, Part 1. You will not regret it!

Very good book... with important information to help you regain and/or maintain good health. Easy techniques have been provided, so anyone can do them.

An excellent text clearly written and easy to understand without the rigor of a medical course. This is an excellent introduction to acupressure and should be on the shelves all families.

Average amount of information. A bit arduous to dig through however, and I would prefer a more cookbook type of instruction.

Really good book! Just what I hoped it would be. I was hesitant to buy a used book but I'm surprised at what good quality it turned out to be. Also, it arrived before the expected time, so I was doubly pleased.

More than book its like an useful all-purpose family tonic one should always have it handy at home. Easy to read and practice reflexology, acupressure and many small wellness remedies.

I’ve grown up with this book and I can tell you first hand that it works! Used by my family with great success.
