They work. I had been experiencing a leak when I coughed or sneezed and now I am confident that I don't have a noticeable spot on my pants. The only draw back is they have a seam that's wide and goes across the bottom of your butt that takes getting used to and I have not checked out in a mirror but I feel like it would show a line under most pants.

I have struggled with mild incontinence for years. Wearing a pad or disposable undies is not comfortable or practical depending on the garments being worn. I looked at many ads for this type panty. Some were so far out of my price range I could not believe it. I found the Just My Size panties and was happy. I always like anything I get from Just My Size. I have had these for a few weeks. I basically now have a 3 day rotation on panties. These are all I wear. They are comfortable. Fit very well. Wash very nicely. Most of all, do what they are supposed to do!!! It is so nice to not have to constantly be changing a pad. I will definitely be buying more.

I really like these. They are comfortable, fit nicely, and are a great option for someone looking for a reasonably priced version of period underwear. The one small issue I found was the seam on the back is noticeable though pants. I can see the seam across my back side through any pants I wear, so I typically don't wear these out.

I wear these everyday to work. They fit great and do the job for what they were intended for.

These underwear are quite nice. They fit well and are nice and smooth. They work for the occasional stress incontinence that I need them for. The only thing keeping me from eating these higher is the unfortunate seam that runs across the middle of my butt. It is noticable every time I get up and walk. I was hoping it would be one of those things that one gets used to in a few minutes, but no, it is not. Maybe after several washings it will soften up.

But these are amazing! I actually bought these on accident but it truly was a blessing in disguise. I suffer from something unknown and I have super frequent and very heavy periods. These have saved me from embarrassment on so many occasions. Not to mention, they are super comfortable! Writing this review makes me want to purchase more haha.Don’t knock it until you try it y’all!

Did a good job on dryness.

I love that I can save because I'm not buying pads anymore. The crotch is a little narrow on some and there is leakage over the side. I don't like the high leg opening. The side seams are very small and sometimes come apart. They are not too tight, just seam too small. I have had to re-sew the side seams on every pair.Now that I have received a second set, I see that the crotch and the seams are wider. Glad to see that they made a change for the better.

Unlike so many of these products there is stretch in the material and the electric around the legs actually stretches and does not bind. Product works as advertised but definitely use their size measurements as their sizes are not the same as you might normally purchase in a regular set of underwear
