I’ve been taking it for over 2 weeks now and I can feel the difference in my knees. I normally wake up with stiff knees or can do a fair bit of walking and physical activity for my job that makes them stiff the next day, but now I wake up with no stiffness. I can’t comment on the other properties yet but I do like it has other vitamins and minerals. It is so much easier to take than lots of tablets. The taste is not fishy and easy to wash down with water if you aren’t a fan. It sort of reminds me of you ate a square of a raw jelly cube.
