Non-repairable. Don't leave chemicals in the line and it will last a long time, but that isn't always so easy. **Q: Can anyone tell me whT size and thread the screws are that hold the pump and manifold to the tank?** A: I dont know my pins were stripped so I just drilled out the tank and used bolts, nut, lock washer from junk drawer. Everything lines up plug and play. **Q: Will this fit a 40 gal sprayer?** A: The 40 gallon sprayer I had had one of these on it. I also mounted one on my 55 gallon sprayer.
