Received this 9x9 Crown Shade within 3 days of placing the order, perfect timing for our softball tournament. Shipped FedEx. Took it out of the box and had it setup with my husband within 5 minutes. Will probably take me less time now that I know how to do it. Setup is super simple and mindless. The quality is outstanding and doesn’t even compare to the ones you can get for $20 less in the big box stores. Takedown was just as simple and took even less time. The only drawback is that it is a bit heavy, but I suppose that’s what you get for the quality it is. Don’t even hesitate, by this. I wish I would have gotten this sooner!

One of the metal rails broke. The metal rail split, right where it passes through the connector and the screw. Can I get a replacement rail. I believe I can reattach it. It does not seem necessary to return the entire item. Please see photo.

I lost my trailer awning over the winter & needed sunshade for enjoying my yard area. This fit the bill! Unlike my awning, this was truly one person operated. The hardest part was trying to figure out where I wanted to place it! I have a bad shoulder and was still able to pop the canopy up with ease. We've had some very gusty winds and that vent and my own 8" spikes (throw away theirs, useless) have kept it safely secured. I have no doubt I will be able to remove the canopy next year alone so I don't lose it to the snow like I did my 16' unwieldy awning.

It's a little light, I plan on buying some long metal stakes for it, it comes with thin plastic stakes and I really don't know why they are even there. It did require some assembly with the actual canopy portion but that was easy enough.

I purchased this product because I have seen many people using it many times they were always the first ones to set up at an event and take it down after an event. I had the pleasure to set one up myself and found it to be very quick; the center locking mechanism is a game changer for easy setup and take down. The legs are sturdy as well not like some of the cheaper brands. This item I have used for outdoor DJ events, picnics, and even working on the car when the sun is super hot it provided me the shade that I needed, and I am very happy with this product, and so will you.

I am a vendor at our local Farmer's Market and I have used canopy tents for years. I have had to purchase several over the years and by far this one is the best. I am getting older and it has been difficult for me to set up my old tent by myself. Trying to get the legs locked into place has been very difficult. So when I read the information on this tent and the reviews, I decided I would give it a try. It is SO EASY to set up. I am a 69 year old lady and I have no problem getting the tent up and secured in a matter of minutes all by myself. And take down is just as easy. For the price of this tent, it is amazing and well worth the cost.
