I typically pair these with a magnesium complex each night and the combo works like a dream, no pun intended. I've been doing this bedtime trick for a couple years now, and I've noticed a marked improvement in my sleep quality and, more importantly, ability to STAY asleep through the night. I don't like the new flavor as much as the gummies this company used to make, but the redesign ones don't stick together anymore, which is a plus. And they still taste all right. for what they are.

They are soft and chewy and one of the better brands for gummies as I've tried other brands of gummies and they are horrible you can't even chew them but these you can! I highly recommend it!
