WARNING!!!! THERE IS A PART WHERE SOMEONE ATTEMPTS TO SEXUALLY ASSAULT HADLEY AND ANOTHER PART SHERE HADLEY IS SEXUALLY ASSAULTED IN THIS BOOK I didn’t see a specific warning about it before starting this book so I thought I would warn future readers.Hadley is introduced to her parents by Hawk and they end up using her like all of the parents are using their princes. First with girl/boy of the month and then an engagement. Hadley must juggle this, Lawrence trying to get her and her relationship with her twin and with her men.Hadley is made of tough stuff and man, I just want her to be happy longer than a few days. For a bit I thought all was going good. She seemed to make a friend out of Daniel and later with Wilder and I liked that they were genuine platonic friends unlike Michael. She needs people who just want to be her friend and people she can just be with.I loved how we got old Cam back. He was so funny and even Mason had some good chuckle worthy moments.Now to the dark stuff. The attempted SA was handled awesomely. Hadley kicked some major ass. No spoilers about who it was or what she did because you deserve to feel the triumph when you get to that part. But damn the second one? My heart hurt, my stomach hurt and my eyes watered. Uh, I do not like reading that crap so I tried to skim it to get the just but it still hit me pretty hard.It ends on a major cliffhanger so have the next book ready to go!

It is so heartbreaking to watch Hadley suffer. I do hope justice is served for all the guards . Beck seems to have the only chance to get to Hadley. These guys have parents that are a huge disgrace to life. Let's save baby Davenport . I almost feel that her friend Michael is involved some how in the disappearance.

This series is really good, so hard to put down! It covers some very dark subjects that could be triggers for some, this is not a series for everyone! That being said it is so well written the twists and turns have me up late just to keep reading!!!

I just have to say… I’m so very glad that this series is completed. That cliffhanger would have killed me if I had to wait for the next book!Glad to see everyone coming around and just succumbing to their desires and love for Hadley. Hawk’s character growth and acceptance of Hadley as his twin sister is perfect. I love how RA made it a slow growth. It was infuriating at times and I just wanted to kick Hawk in the nuts but the rise of his acceptance and admitting his love for his sister was well worth it!Cam is the obvious choice of all the readers how loving and flirty and his growth as well to accepting his feelings. And I do… just not as much as I do Mason and West! Mason being as stoic and hard-shelled is nice seeing how smooth and sentimental he is when it comes to their girl! He’s working his way for me to book Boyfriend status! But West… I still hold him in a much higher pedestal. He’s dark, brooding, dominant, loving, protective and smart as all Hell!!!Now onto Book 4 to see how they get their girl (and sister) back from the depths of the compound. And who they kill for doing all this to her… and who is the one killing them???

I love this series!It’s a bit of a roller coaster to get to the “just deserved” resolution for me, but oh SO worth it.

I knew it would happen eventually, and I knew he’d be a twatwaffle and help! I hope he gets what he deserves in the next book. Didn’t want to ruin it and mention any names lol. This book was absolutely amazing!

Firstly, curses on you and your house, Author.I. Am. Gutted. GUTTED! I am having actual emotional, mental and physical reactions right now because of the cliffhanger, no net, situation you left us to stew in there at the end of the book. I will go to sleep tonight trying to stop thinking about all the damn things.I am so, so excited we'll get to possibly see Beck reunited with some of his old friendlies from Black Creek. I have hopes that Hadley's "Red" is Beck's "like a sister" he spoke of and that he can have some of those feelings he harbors resolved. I la-la-love that full circle stuff!I can't wait to see big brother Hawk in action. When he talked to Hadley through the door at the compound...I died all the deaths when he struggled to leave the door. I love grumpy Hawk but when big brother mode is activated, I'm not sure he won't be my absolute favorite. I already can't get enough of them pissing each other off that I imagine when they start loving each other just as hard my chest might actually crack open while reading.Anyways, there's a new guy at the table and I'm here for his part in the story so far. Daniel was okay but...Wilder. If you dig crazy, I bet he'll be on your vision board now.I'm getting the maybe Michael needs to die for setting Hadley up vibes but I'd like to see that her time building a friendship with him wasn't wasted. If the die now vibes are right, that's cool too. Death by a thousand paper cuts or whatever, he's totally chuckable.Knowing that the next book is the last is both exciting and horrible at the same time. I have all my fingers and toes crossed that there will be rescues to plan, buildings to storm, empires to burn down and hopefully, people to kill. KILL! Because jail is too much of a relaxed ending for these douche canoe MFs.Some notes that I didn't know how to fit in above:-there is A BUNCH of forceful unwanted physical contact on Hadley in this book (I don't know what words will trigger the Amazon censor, sorry.) If there is a male not in Hadley's circle, he is perving on her somehow.-snaps for West and his bedroom behavior. Meeeow.-there is a group participation...activity but no m/m

Book three in the Pacific Prep series is everything book one and two promised it would be. It has heat, drama, all the smexy smuttiness I expected it to have and the emotions. Holy bananas! the emotions book three have drawn out of me are insane.Off to book four and I cannot wait!

Stars given on level of engagement;5 stars - less than a day to read because I cannot put it down. I only give 5 stars if it has managed to engage extra emotions from me - extreme lol moments or real teary moments etc. A 5 stars book tends to have me raging about cliff hangers and (legally and not creepily) stalking the author for release dates.4 stars - 2 days to read or less. A book that I have quite enjoyed reading, feisty MC and some racy scenes with thier romantic interest. I would definitely follow a series and author for 4 star books.3 stars - takes around 2/3 days to read, usually because I have become distracted and less engaged in some sections but by the end the end I have enjoyed the overall story and would read any sequels.1/2 stars not given, as I have usually returned it without finishing as I'm not engaged. .

I was totally hooked in from the very beginning and each book has taken me little more than 1 hour to read. You are totally sucked in and you don’t want to leave.The boys are just amazing and some new characters are brought in one of who I love 😊. Hadley shows once again why she is one of my favourite FMC’s she has been broken down so many times but she shows she is made of steel and fights for what she loves.After book 2 Hawk was my new favourite the way he was with her and their relationship I absolutely loved. It totally continues and it’s great to see how they grow together.I don’t want to say too much about the storyline itself as I do not want to spoil anything you really want to read this blind. There was some tear jerk sections in this book and I hope there are repercussions in book 4.Rachel once again thank you for such an amazing series to get hooked into and I can’t wait for book 4 and then when you pop your paperback form up 🤣.If you haven’t started this series yet, don’t delay go and get it now!!!

Rachel has done it again with her heart wrenching and mind numbing mad storytelling skills. In this penultimate book in the pacific prep series we get to live and breathe the beautiful development between Hadley and her boys, herstruggle to stand up against her demons whilst still showing awe inspiring strength of character. What felt like mere moments gone with the wind was a love story of immeasurable proportions—one encompassing love of all kinds; platonic, fraternal, romantic—but also a a story of tragedy, describing the emotional hardship of living without it. Love, hard to accept, hard to share, but an emotion unlikely to be given up freely once found. Love that strong never comes without its hardships.Awaiting the lyrical fortissimo that is likely to conclude the series later this year, I can't but offer R.A. Smith yet another standing ovation for her achievement in evoking bittersweet bliss through her writing.

I’m still trying to turn the page to see what’s going to happen. Leaving it there was mean!! Also I love a cliffhanger, so I guess I got what I wanted. Hadley goes from awesome to epic in this. I love that she’s letting the guys in. Her relationship with Hawk is finally becoming more sibling than rivalries. Beck and West surprised me in this one and I adore Masons growly nature. Cam, finally!! I could say so much more but as always this is spoiler free. I loathe the Davenports and all of the parents.The students are finally bought to heel and I am here for some of the revenge Hadley gets.Book four can’t come quick enough for me. The revenge that all of these guys deserve to get will make it epic. A favourite series of 2021 for me. RH academy with a twist, you’ll love it.
