I’ve been using this pre workout on and off for years, and I always find myself coming back to it. The energy is clean and steady; no jitters, no crash hours later, just solid focus and endurance.I really like that it’s a two-scoop formula, so I can adjust the dose depending on the day or workout. Some days I only need one scoop and still feel the boost. Flavor’s great too, no weird aftertaste or overly sweet nonsense. I buy whichever flavor is on sale. They go on sale pretty often.Overall, a consistent go to in my stack. Great for both seasoned gym goers and anyone new looking for something dependable.

I picked arctic blast flavor thinking it would be similar to glacier freeze from Gatorade but I compare it more to a sour patch kid or what I would think would be a more “blue raspberry” flavor, which I really enjoyed even through that wasn’t what I was expecting. I don’t often use pre workout so I tried a little less than 1 scoop the first time. It blends well, minimal grittiness. It still gave me a good boost of energy for my afternoon lifting workout, without making me feel shaky or jittery or low blood sugar like some caffeine-based supplements will. It also digested well. I didn’t notice any cramping or bloating like I get with some zero calorie sweetener products.I’d be interested to try more of the flavors!

I have been purchasing this pre-workout for about 2 years now, and I love it! I was in the market for a strong pre-workout that didn't have negative side-effects like so many others on the market. This product is great for what I was looking for. With a nice does of caffeine and many other vitamins and minerals, this pre-workout is perfect for everyone. After trying it for the first time, I have not switched back to any other products on the market. I have tried several different flavors and they all taste amazing! I would highly recommend this product to anyone that is in the market for a high quality pre-workout powder that doesn't break the bank!

The flavor for this pre-workout is okay. It isn't insanely sweet like some of the other ones but does not taste awful. Maybe a little too powdery or chalky taste.

When it comes time supplaments I'm a picky person. Most companies I feel just try to sell you making false claims. I don't get that with legion.As far as taste goes I got the artic rush and could best describe it as carbonated Gatorade on taste. Mixed 2 scoops with 12 oz ish water and it went down smooth.When it comes to powders mix ability is key. This stuff blends perfect in a shaker bottle or with a fork.As far as results I don't think pre workout is needed but if your looking for one this is a great one. I work long hours and need the kick in my butt to make it to the gym. This does it great for me. Felt alive and ready to go and definitely lasted longer in the gym then I expected. I suffer from anxiety and am caffiene sensitive, the amount they have in their product is perfect to not kill you. I definitely recomend working up to 2 scoops though.

Let me start out by saying, I love Pulse by Legion as a pre-workout, it's about as good as you can get these days. Back when DMAA was still available, that was when pre-workouts were exceptional. But I digress...I've been taking Pulse for over a year now as my go-to PW and I enjoy the subtle energy boost with the typical tingles you get from the beta-alanine. The best part about Pulse (and Legion in general) is their transparency on the label with ingredients. Nice to know exactly what I'm putting in my body.Having said all that, the Arctic Blast flavor is terrible. Usually I would say Pulse is very good even if its a little sweet for me. However, this flavor will not be present in my cupboard again. I've had worse tasting supplements, but that was a long time ago. Just wasn't for me. What is the flavor of an arctic blast anyway? Things you think about standing at your kitchen island at 4am...

Legion Pulse Arctic Blast delivers clean, powerful energy with great focus and pump. The mint-fruit flavor is refreshing but can be polarizing, and the high caffeine content packs a punch. best for those who like strong pre-workout.

Decent energy but horrendous taste! I usually can take anything but Arctic Blast was horrible! Can’t use it anymore because of it!
