Great product(RCC7P-AK), great cusotmer service (special thanks to Nick) for help on fixing my problem. The system runs flaw less once setup is done appropriately. Dont have to do multiple follow ups like other company cusotmer care services.

iSpring provides a quality product, but more than that is their customer service. I had a problem (after 10 years) and Larry at iSpring helped me to work it out. Pointing out what I might need (hadn't changed filters in 10 years) and gave step by step instructions on what I needed to do. System is up and working fine! Ken

Easy install and water taste is good again…. I replaced all filters and didn’t do this one, it was not in my box-kit of replacement filters I ordered…..water didn’t taste right….I didn’t realize it’s KEY for system of purification!!!

I used the 75GPD Reverse Osmosis Membrane on a iSpring RCC7P-AK Boosted Performance Under Sink 6-Stage Reverse Osmosis system that I purchased in 2021. I replaced the RO Membrane after 8 months just to be safe (forever chemicals are a concern!). This said, the prior RO membrane was still performing at a good filtration. 2/19/23 - RO filter change TDS Before change = 56. TDS after change = 20. TDS Tap cold =162. (65% before change, 87.6% filtration after change) 10/8/23 - RO fiter change TDS Before change = 43. TDS after change 38. TDS Tap cold = 297 (85.5% before change, 87% after change) I called Ispring (talked to Sean) to discuss TDS measurement and also to verify that the 6th stage was installed correctly as I recalled that the manual had a picture of it installed backwards (Red Stones are the inlet! which is the LH side for my system see picture above). Sean was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He noted that its really important on 6th stage filters (with Alkaline Remineralization filter) to take the TDS measurement 30 seconds after running the RO faucet. This prevents a false high reading from the remineralization. He said an even better way was to measure the water coming out of the RO tank. This is easy just shut off the cold water inlet to the RO system and then the RO faucet water will be from the RO tank which is just prior to the 6th stage Alkaline Remineralization filter). Note: My feedback was for Ispring to update their instructions. Sean noted that's in work.

Don't waste your money on cheap imitations! I have heavy amounts of minerals in my water. Not quite hard, but way up there. I bought the reverse osmosis system to provide water for my whole house ultrasonic humidifier. It worked great for 2 years, then the water output decreased to the point it was obviously time to change the membrane. I got one of the cheap knock-offs & it was an unmitigated disaster! I replaced the aftermarket membrane with the OEM one & everything was back to normal.

I've had my 5 stage iSprings system for about 5 years. It gives me better than bottled water quality but since I fill a stainless steel container, it avoids about 10-12 plastic bottles every day (YES, I drink a lot of water). It's very important to change out the filters periodically. I was very good and did it at 1 year, then it slipped to maybe 18 months. I was on my 4th filter change-out. The RO cartridge and other early stage filters have always been easy and never a problem. However, for this event, I could not get the 5th stage final filter to stop dripping. I went on the Amazon order page and selected "contact seller". A nice person named Sean reached out to me. Buying things unseen always presents a risk but not with iSprings. Sean informed me of his immediate actions to send me replacement parts but also took the rare step of conveying a feeling that no matter what happened from this point forward, he was taking ownership of my success in getting the filter back on- line. The replacement parts arrived and also leaked but Sean sent a third set of failed parts and a bit of hose. That did the trick. I think possibly my old tubing had gotten brittle such that it was preventing a good seal with the o-rings. Maybe I hadn't pushed it far enough into the fitting or maybe it kinked. for some reason it wasn't making a good seal. Each time I pulled out a failed connection, I could feel new imperfections on the outside of the tubing. I cut it off each time between repeat attempts. I didn't not pull out the new successful tubing to see if it has this same phenomenon. The only downside of this or any other under-sink system is that is takes up space and that involved some negotiation with my wife so as to not have supplies piled up around the filter unit. Anyway- if you are deliberating an under- sink filtration system, I highly recommend the iSprings system. It has everything a person needs to drink cool clear water. It is easy to maintain. If you have some problem, iSprings will jump in the foxhole with you to fight whatever you may be battling.

I purchased my current iSpring RCC7, NSF Certified, High Capacity Under Sink 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis Drinking Filtration System about 5 years ago. The water in my area is very hard and not consumable directly out of the tap. iSpring makes every glass taste even better than bottled water. I chose 4 stars instead of 5 because my water is so hard I have to replace membranes more frequently than I anticipated. I’m pleased with the way the system works. I love the membranes are available on Amazon with quick shipping. I had a question recently and Sean from iSpring was very helpful. Sean, thank you for your expertise. No issues with installation into an iSpring under sink system. Simple instructions and should last many more years.
