Shipped broken, damaged a lot. Didn’t work at all out of the box. Can’t find a way to make it work.

Purchased this for halloween, dressed up as Uncle Fester from the adams Family. Great prop to go along with my costume. My son now uses it for his magic shoes at schools and with friends and family.

Didn’t work though I followed all directions. Rust inside battery chamber. Cheap plastic and doesn’t look like a real glass lightbulb. Smelled moldy… the whole thing smelled of mold including the packaging and insert. The only thing I liked was the insert that has a bunch of lightbulb jokes. At least it was easy to get refund.

Didn't work at first. The coin cells that were included had a layer of tape residue/glue on the negative terminals (the smaller side) left from the packaging method.Either get new coin cells, or clean those up with vigorous rubbing with a paper towel. (Helps to put the paper towel flat on a countertop, gives a nice flat surface and you can apply pressure from the top of the coin cell.)Not the highest quality and probably not fooling anyone (as Uncle Fester once fooled me when I watched on TV during the sixties ;-) but a usable and inexpensive gag.

After waiting almost 2 months, item finally arrived and it didn’t work… Item had a plastic white bulb, not glass. The whole thing smelled funky including the packaging and insert. Included insert was 2 small illustrations (for how to put batteries in) and a bunch of lightbulb jokes. At least the seller was friendly and was able to honor a refund but overall this was an unfortunate waste of time..

The bulb does not light up. I’d recommend filing a chargeback with your credit card company if you ordered this.

how it works so simply

Thought this would be the Fester lightbulb that lights up when put in mouth, but it's not. Inconsistent light up as well. When it works, it looks great.
