HiblowFilter for HP 60 & HP 80

It was very quick to arrive and fit perfect!

According to the instructions printed on the HiBlow HP-080-010A septic system air compressor, the filter needs to be washed every six months, and replaced every one year. I was way over due for a replacement, and the septic effluent was not sweet. I replaced the old filter the day the new one's arrived. Also replaced the machine screw that holds the filter in place. The old screw was 12 years old, and a little worse for wear. The machine screw is metric, M6-1.0x35mm, stainless steel, Phillip pan-head. I could not locate any on-line, but Elliot's, a local old-school hardware store, had them.System should be good to go now. Air pump motor sounds good. It will probably take a few days of better air flow to get a good crop of bacteria in septic system tanks.

New filter twice a year keeps my air compressor running longer which is very good!!

My pump says to replace filter every year. Although other reviewers complain that price seemed high, it works out to about $1/month to protect a much bigger investment. It’s sort of a specialty item anyway. I’m glad I could find it. It appears to be identical to original filter; that was my main concern.

Direct OEM replacement, good fit. I have bought generic filters and they don't fit as well.
