Cooked with ramen seasoning and veg then poached a couple eggs. Delicious and love thw chewy texture!

Product details hide ingredients
Since this item isn’t returnable, figured I would save some other purchasers who are considering this product some time. The ingredients are not just sweet potato. The company has it’s own label which lists tapioca and corn starch as the first two things before sweet potato starch, and then as a etc. at the end suggesting more ingredients… Then if you use your google translate on the Chinese text, you’ll see that there’s also additives including sodium dehydroacetate and aluminum ammonium sulfate. Just wish company were more transparent about this.

Label says it is made with Tapioca Starch, Corn Starch, etc. What the heck is "etc"? I want a refund. No response so far. I should have read the other reviews.
