I am a residential house cleaner and had a home to clean with dark hardwood floors that I just couldn't seem to get clean. I had tried several products including wet Swiffer cloths. The Swiffer cloths did a good job cleaning, but the floor took a long time to dry after using them and my client didn't like the smell. I purchased this product after trying some a friend shared with me, she has the same dark floors and recommended Pallmann. My client and I are both grateful for the recommendation! No streaks, a pleasant smell that doesn't hang around a long time, and this stuff dries quickly! I now use this on all my jobs with hardwood flooring as well as on the luxury vinyl flooring in my apartment. I love using the concentrate because I don't have to purchase so often.

This stuff smells amazing, if you like lemon scents. It does clean the dirt off wood floors, but it doesn't leave them shiny. And it also doesn't prevent scuffing or streaks. I've tried over diluting it and under diluting it. The first is tough to mop with and leaves droplets while not drying quickly. The latter has a stronger smell and is easier to mop with, but almost looks streaky. I'm not going to throw it away or anything, but I won't purchase it again.
