This product came 1 day prior to getting refund because it was late. Came in what looked like a recycled box and I had to put it in the freezer asap. Tasted okay but was like cardboard.

Products arrived quickly and in perfect condition. You would expect a bit of crumbling etc but each waffle was in its own wrapper with no damage at all. These were a bit costly but the price will be forgotten as soon as you take your first bite. Waffles taste heavenly!
