No, these covers do not affect the sensor as the sensor uses Bluetooth to connect, so they won't stop the transmission of information. If you're concerned about your alarms, go into the Libre2 app and check they are still on.

Will these allow a soak in the bath longer than 30 minutes??

I personally wouldn't soak the sensor in the bath for longer. In fact I try to keep my arm, with the sensor, above water as much as I can.
